It is conditional upon completion of this declaration that any exhibitors who are allowed into the Plant & Waste Recycling Show 12th/13th/14th June 2012 and that all exhibitors, staff, sub - contractors, any individual, supplier or agent comply with all Government Legislation at all times whilst on site and comply with the Terms of Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and any amendments pertaining thereto.

Please read and then complete the following declaration.

We have read and understand our health and safety responsibilities as laid out by the organisers of the Plant & Waste Recycling Show and taken note of the areas of risk identified to us. We accept our responsibilities under the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and all other legislation concerning Outdoor events.

I understand that there must always be a nominated person for Health & Safety on our Exhibitor's Stands and they must have a copy of our own Health & Safety Policy on the stand and if required produce it to the Health & Safety Executive when requested to do so. I am satisfied that our staff, contractors staff and any others who will be involved with our stand have full knowledge of the requirements of the Health & Safety at Work Act and their obligations there under.
